I got this maximum extension cord on sale when I bought the 12 inch Mastercraft mitre saw. I liked the idea of the locking end, you never know when you’re pulling on the cable of power tools, the last thing you want is for it to come unplugged. I also liked the colour of the cable. It gives high visibility so to avoid tripping hazards. As well, the end lights up, which is nice when it’s in the garage or on a job site and you’re kind of scrambling around trying to find it being that it’s lit up. It’s easy to identify in tight spots or under things, etc. so in the end, this is a great extension cord. It is definitely heavy duty. If you can grab it on sale it’s an amazing deal. I highly recommend this cable.

Q: Just looking for clarification on a product # 052-8476-6 maximum outdoor Extension cord that said lifetime warranty on the packaging but at the store the clerk said it was just a 1 year warranty

A: You better keep the package. On the website description it also says it has a 1 year exchange warranty.
