Initially it worked great. My son loves it. But after 5 uses, the battery charge is barely enough to move under its own power. (Yes, I followed the charging instructions) so, what do I do? Can’t really return it now can I.

Bought car for friends son, x mas present, remote didnt wprk. I was able to fix the problem by reaching out directly to Litehawk. They sent a replacement remote right away. week later kids still happy

Small issue, fast fix

Xmas gift for my nephew and he loved it once we got the controller sorted. Controller wouldn’t sync with the truck. I reached out to Litehawk directly over the holidays and heard back fast. Customer service guy was helpful and sent out a replacement controller the next day. Quick and fast fix, and the truck has been a hit ever since. Customer service from Litehawk was great– definitely recommend contacting them directly with any issues
