It’s ok but not good for old paint and varnish

It was ok. Didn’t do the job fully. I’m stripping dining chairs and table with paint and varnish, that’s a few years ok, and it thinned the coast out buy didn’t take as much off as I would like even after 2 coats.

Please note one longer set time is typically all that is needed for stubborn furniture coatings. It will reduce the need for elbow grease and hands on time during removal. Also using a brass bristle brush for curved edges and wood details is highly recommended for furniture refinishing with this product. EZStrip

EZ Strip removal products are water based and stop working if they dry out. Avoid direct sunlight and cover treated surface with painters plastic to keep product wet and working during longer set times. 2. Set times will vary, EZ Strip will not damage recommended substrates being stripped so let the product do the work for you. Leave the treated surface for as long as needed for coating to soften for removal. One longer set time is more effective then multiple short ones. 3. For best removal results use recommended removal tools ideal for the surface you are stripping. 4. Please note wood stains will mostly lift during the scrub with water step. EZStrip

Takes paint off easily and easy to work with

This is an excellent product . It takes the paint off easily but the problem is there's no instructions how to prep the walls before priming or repainting. This I found out after I primed the walls and had to take the paint off the second time. Causing much more work than nessessary. I had to do research to figure out what the proper steps are to do before priming . They need oil to include the prep steps before repainting.

A: No. Powder coated surfaces are generally much more durable and resistant to paint stripping chemicals. Most commercially available paint strippers will not strip powder coat from metal.
