Fonctionne MAIS!!!!!

J'ai acheter cette sonette j'ai effectuer tous les branchement comme indiquer dans les instructions (qui sont a mon avis incomplet) lorsque je branche le kit carillon de porte (récepteur) il n'y a aucun son sur mon carillon intérieur ( J'ai réussi a trouver dans l'application par moi même la fonction paramètre sonnette car aucune indiacation de votre part) je sélectionne mécanique et toujours aucun son je sélectionne sans fil aucun son. Je débranche le récepteur et mon carillon fonctionne sur mécanique, je fait un branchement direct sur les fils du récepteur et sélectionne sans fil aucun son. je suis brancher sur un Transformateur 16V 10 VA. Je voudrais savoir quel est le problème.

Le récepteur n’est pas compatible avec votre carillon mécanique
Certains carillons mécaniques ne fonctionnent pas avec les modules récepteurs de sonnettes intelligentes, même si la tension est correcte. Le fait que votre carillon fonctionne uniquement lorsque le récepteur est retiré est un signe fort de ce type d’incompatibilité. A: Hi there, thank you for your inquiry! No monthly subscription is required you can use a micro SD card up to 32gb which will store roughly 30 consecutive days of footage.

A: Hi there, thank you for your inquiry! In the Globe Suite app you can select the device and tap the 3 lines in the top right corner, from there you will be able to select the mechanical chime option which will allow the device to ring the chime inside your house.

Q: Nous venons d'installer cette sonnette. Tout semble bien fonctionner, sauf l'image qui gèle au bout de quelques secondes. Est-ce normal? Nous avons eu aussi quelques pertes de signal. Je ne sais pas si nous allons la garder!!!
