Noisy, homelink not work

I bought B2310 CH with Camera, belt driven, and wifi at 399 cad.
very noise, than my previous chain opener.
Wifi needs 2.4G Hz, but most internet providers give 5.0 G. Called the tech support MyQ, I was told only 2.4G works. However, I made it by WPA3 5 G wifi successfully connected to camera.
Homelink to one of my vehicles was connected, then next day, it was disconnected for no reason. Called Chamberlain, MyQ, their support said the problem was in Homelink. Homelink did not work after hours.
No, I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still trying to figure it out, given that I am not an expert on DIY projects, definitely you do need at least someone with some knowledge on how to assemble things. I love the fact that you can manage it through your phone, it makes it easier and comfortable. I am upgrading my old belt driver to this one and I am even more excited since my old one is the same brand and has lasted quite a long time now.

It has been a fantastic upgrade, the belt drive is impressively smooth and quiet. Setup was straightforward and everything has been consistent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My garage door opener literally broke down and I was so happy to have this.. down side.. have not installed it because my husband has been away for work and I need his help! I’m not that handy.. but I’m positive that we can get this done! I’m so excited to be able to have an app on my phone to control it! Very cool!!
