This is the 2nd one I've bought in the last 8 months ish and the only reason I had to buy another one was because the spring most of been old and ready to snap before I had the 1st one installed so I replaced the spring and bought another one because when the spring snapped it fried the motor of the 1st one. super quiet and have had no problems with it so far, but like some of you have said I only have 1 issue which is I have a new truck and it doesn't hook up to my trucks garage door openers on my visor either but other then that I'm very happy with it.

Disappointing.

I bought this opener to replace a chamberlain opener. When I purchased this product, there was no mention that the battery back up system requires you to purchase an adaptor in order to charge the battery. To replace the battery now, it is almost cheaper to buy a new opener. $85. The other issue I have with this opener is that the LED lights are built in and there is no way to replace them. I now have no light that comes on when the garage door opens. I like the belt feature, and the install was not that difficult. However. I would not recommend buying this opener for the reasons that I mentioned.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: These are the instructions that might help for Homelink setup: 1) Clear the In-Car Remote by holding on to the first and third buttons for 20 seconds. Clearing the In-Car Remote will erase all previously programmed garage door openers. 2) Press and hold the Mastercraft remote button for 10 seconds until the LED flashes rapidly. 3) Choose the button on the In-Car Remote that will be used to open the door. Press and hold this chosen button until the indicator on the In-Car Remote blinks slow then fast. Once it blinks fast, release this button.
