Hoover canister vacuum

Suction is ok but not the hardware. Instructions on the manual says that after cleaning the shroud from the inner dirt cup you just put it back. I spent over an hour trying to fit the shroud and dirt cup back . I was afraid to force it in in case I break the flimsy plastic material. The dirt was difficult to hold on to because it kept slipping away from my hand. In the end i finally figured out there is a notch which you have to fit the dirt cup into to put it back. They don't tell you that in the manual. Then there is no handle to lift the vacuum. If you lift the vacuum with dirt cup handle then the whole dirt cup comes off. Also the plug sticks out to jab you. You can't put the vacuum to stand up for storage because the plug sticks out . (Vacuum can't lie flat standing up)
