I wish I kept the receipt and returned this while I was still able
It doesn’t cook anything properly it either cooks the bottom or it cooks the top. We have tried it on all of the settings and it is just disappointing.
I would give less than one star if I could it is expensive and doesn’t do a good job of anything.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Cuisinart Convection Toaster Oven Air Fryer

Works fine so far. I had the previous model and liked it better. This is an updated version of the previous model I used for over ten years. This model doesn't seem as sturdy as the older model I had before. Still you can't buy the model I had before It's been replaced by this model. So although this new model works okay I'm not crazy about it.

cavity is very small--unable to put a muffin sitting upright into warm
toasting feature doesn't cover whole item--leaves untested areas so it looks like stripes on the bread/bagel item

A: The drop pans are defintely not stainless. They discolour within a few uses of them. Plus, the oven constantly overheats/overcooks everything, no matter how low you set it. The air fryer function burns everything. You can't know for sure if something is cooked/fried properly, or if just raw and burnt. DO NOT BUY.

A: I believe the interior would be stainless steel and the trays are aluminum. We have been using our Cuisinart air fryer/oven daily and we barely use our oven anymore. We had tried other similar ovens and this one works great! Totally recommend this product.

Q: Are the racks, baskets etc. dishwasher safe? Easy to clean?

A: The user manual says not to clean the racks etc. in the dishwasher, hand wash only. I got tired of handwashing all the parts after each use so I eventually put them in the dishwasher anyway. The baking tray and racks are not in any way non-stick so they get discoloured and dirty looking after only a few uses whether you hand wash them or not. They look very unsightly but there's nothing you can do about that.
