Don't go inside the mixed as it should

I prepared all the products to grind and then realized there is a huge gap between the grinder and the mixer. This gat was advertised nowhere. I watched videos and looked up images in reviews - no gap there. A groove in the attachement doesn't align with a hole in the mixer and a screw is making another groove, widening the original one. I don't know which of them is defective. So what do I do now with the products prepared on my table, grind them with my bare hands?

No, I do not recommend this product.

Good tool, poor access to guides.

Overall works as expected. However, very limited printed guide and access to the manuals/guides online was difficult as the links point to the US site. It took some effort to access the same materials on the Canadian site. The video guides never worked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the meat grinder as I was so unhappy with the mince you buy at the local supermarkets full of water and other nasties and I don’t have a butcher close to me. So easy to use and clean. I now make my own mince and sausages and know what exactly goes into them - all natural no extra water and definitely no other nasties.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: Does this work well with the Classic model, which is the least powerful one? Or is it recommended to use with the more powerful models?
