I really liked the flower design. However, the scent that came with it was not to my liking. I used a different scented oil that I had on hand and it worked perfectly!

Q: How do I turn the petals of the top flower back to white after its colour changed to the colour of the oil?

A: As the scent begins to fade, the color of the petal will turn back to white. The length of time will this will take is determined how much oil is still inside.

Q: If it is not electric and doesn't run on batteries, then how does it work? Does the essential oil just sit inside it?

A: You simply pour your preferred essential oil into the base reservoir of the petal; the rope wick inside the reservoir will draw in and completely absorb the oil. The petal will begin to diffuse the fragrance continuously for up to 2 weeks through coarse decorative top. Depending on the scent/colour of oil the top will change colours showing it working.

Q: Are these oil diffusers safe for pets including birds? Many aren't.

A: We should always exercise caution when using essential oils around our pets. Keep all essential oil and aromatherapy products (like diffusers) out of reach of pets. Keep open bottles away from pets to avoid internal consumption. We do not recommend the topical use of essential oils on pets, as they have a strong sense of smell and cannot get rid of the oil if they don’t like it or it is disturbing them. When diffusing essential oils around pets, always diffuse in a well ventilated area and leave an option for them to remove themselves from the space, such as leaving a door open. Every animal is different, so carefully observe how each animal responds when introducing an essential oil for the first time. If irritation occurs, discontinue the use of the essential oil. We recommend seeking medical attention of ingestion of essential oil occurs.
