i received this MG7921/15 as an official replacement from Philips. im very impressed with build quality and the huge variety of attachments.the fact that i could register it for a 5 year warranty gives me a lot if confidence that this one will last much longer than my previous unit,

Shame on Philips. This is my 5th time purchasing one of these kits in the past 5 years. They don't last, despite proper upkeep/maintenance. NONE of the versions have had a USB connection until now, and it does NOT come with the REQUIRED adapter to charge the device. They claim it is to "save waste" but it is just a profit pressing measure, because they even try to redirect you to separately purchase a wall adapter from them anyway. This is useless out of the box. Using the wrong USB power source can damage your device and void your warranty. This is unacceptable. AWFUL corporate greed. Include all required parts to operate the device.

Why did I choose this rating? I have given this product a 4 out of 5 rating because I am genuinely very satisfied with its performance and features. However, I believe no product is perfect, and there is always room for improvement. Keeping that in mind, I prefer not to give a full 5 so that there is always scope for the brand to improve further. What I like about this product: One of the best things about this trimmer is its premium build quality and overall performance. It truly feels like a high-end grooming device. The battery life is excellent, I’ve been using it once every two days for about a month, and only then does it need charging, which is very impressive. Another feature I really like is the quick charge facility, which is extremely helpful during urgent situations when you don’t have much time. What I don’t like / Suggestions: The product is very good overall, but there are a couple of improvements I would suggest. Firstly, it would be better if it supported a Type-C charging port for more convenience and modern usability. Secondly, I feel the product could include a maintenance or self-cleaning mode, or at least provide a more guided way to maintain and clean the device. This would make the overall user experience even better and more hassle-free. Who do I recommend this product to?
