Q: Heater turns on and off alright while heating the room but after a 24 hour period heater shuts off completely and doesn't turn back on I have the timer set to 0 hours but it still just randomly shuts off after 20-24 hours. How can I keep it on permanently
4 years agoA: Due to safety requirements, the heater won't run permanently. It must automatically shut down after long periods of use.

Q: In ECO mode can you adjust the temperature? Mine just says 26 deg and there is no adjustment. Or am I just not understanding how this mode works?
2 years agoA: That is Correct ! Most importantly , the Heater is still going to cycle Off and On at 26 degrees! I have found the Regular settings to be BEST !!

Q: Every time I press a button on the heater, there is a loud beep. It's really quite annoying and I'm thinking about returning the product entirely. Is there a way to turn off this beeping? Thank you!
