Based on your description, you returned the product because you were unable to find replacement rollers anywhere.
For optimal performance, we recommend that you charge the battery after each use and clean the filter as needed. Doing this will give you the most suction and longest use time.

Q: can you use a hardwood cleaning agent as well with water in the unit or has it to be water only
