Should come with a slim crevice tool

The vacuum works well, is slim and lightweight. But it is not ergonomically well designed as prolonged handling can weary the hand and arm. The product would be much better also if it came with a slim crevice tool. It only came with the standard floor head and the brush head.

It has good suction, the only thing I didn't like was the stiffness of the brush which can damage the hard wood floor.

Tineco is the way to go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally found a vacuum I actually enjoy using, and that’s not something I ever thought I’d say. The Tineco GO Slim is legitimately impressive. It’s super lightweight, so picking it up and just going is effortless. No dreading the chore, no talking yourself into it. The suction is strong, way stronger than you’d expect from something this compact. It handles hardwood and carpet without skipping a beat, no adjustments needed. The battery gets me through my whole place on a single charge, which is huge. Emptying it is quick and completely mess free. Storage is a non issue too, because it’s slim enough to slide just about anywhere. This thing makes cleaning feel less like a task and more like something you just knock out fast. If you need a cordless stick vacuum that’s actually going to show up for you every day, the Tineco GO Slim is it.

Good all-round machine

This lightweight vacuum is excellent in all respects. I had a slight problem with the motor making an unusual sound after one year and Tineco replaced the motor under warranty. I was impressed with the customer service. Question: Canadian Tire, do you sell the replaceable filters, recommended after some time in service?
