The crosswave does clean the floor but the dirty water reservoir is small and needs emptying often. If you follow directions and take it all apart after every use and dry all the parts before putting it back together it is a long process. I can do a mop and bucket faster. It is a good idea and as mentioned does clean the floors, just a lot of work.

Better than I could have imagined

I bought this after several coworkers bought one and raved about it. Let me say, they weren't kidding! Amazing machine, cleans so well and cuts down my cleaning time by at least half. My description after the first use was impressed and disgusted at the same time, impressed with the cleaning, disgusted by what my previous cleaning tools left behind. Such a worthwhile investment.
