Q: Yes, whats the model number to register the product. I tried all numbers and info but didnt work. Pls help.
2 years ago- A: Remove the battery. You'll see the model number and the serial number at the main body. Scan the QR code to register. I'm not sure whether their online system can accept IW3111C though. I did my registration by calling the customer service. Even the agent had to use IW3110C instead of IW3111C for my product registration. Wish it helps.2 years agoHelpful?
Q: I tried to register my vacuum with Shark but their website complained IW3111C was not a valid model. Any clues?
2 years ago- A: I finally called Shark customer service at 1-855-520-7816. It took us a while find out the serial number by removing the battery. The model number IW3111C didn't work on their system. The agent helped registering my 2L self-empty system as a 1.3L system as an alternative. Thus, my registered model on their system is IW3110C, instead of IW3111C. Wish Shark can improve this area in the near future.2 years agoHelpful?

2 years ago- A: It says it's supposed to come with a crevice tool and pet hair attachment. Only came with a crevice tool. Also, pay attention on the version you are getting, mine is not the one it shows in the picture/video; it does not have the light sensor on the head. Taking it back!2 years agoHelpful?
