Poor quality

I thought this vacuum was the same as the other one I had that was a surface elite. Not! The power cord is quite a bit shorter, and the wand is pretty much useless. If using the utensil, it requires one to bend over quite a bit, unlike the other one where you could still stand up straight. Many parts are a flimsy plastic, unlike the other one. I am very disappointed in this, and because of the quality of the plastic, do not expect it to last long
