    microwave works good. The only negative is that you have to press time cook first before typing in the time required. I have never had to do that with other microwaves and is annoying. This was the only microwave in stock or would have looked for another one.

    Q: Do you have to use a 20 Amp fuse to run this microwave in your our breaker panel instead of a 15Amp??

    • A: No. While it is recommended to have a separate 20A circuit just for the microwave hood fan, ours is connected to a 15A and so far has had no issues.

    Q: I bought this microwave and have a question. I noticed that the fan runs when the Microwave is in operation. All the microwaves I have used in the past ,the fan operation is optional. Does this microwave have that option or does the fan run automatically

    • A: Yes, I think that this is great that the fan runs during the Microwaving process it takes out the odour and the condensation, I don't think that there is a way to turn it off call the company to ask . I now own this Microwave and I am very happy with its functions. The light is nice and bright and the fan is much stronger then my last microwave. Very happy with my purchase.

    Q: I bought this item less than a month ago and I have misplaced the manual and I cannot set the clock. It only brings up the timer. Can anyone advise or I’m wondering if my microwave has an issue with clock?

    • A: Here is the user manual: https://media-www.canadiantire.ca/manual/product/0437041/043-7041-8usermanual-0676b12b-e63c-4f92-b5ef-efd2eed37dbf.pdf Page 14: This is a 12- or 24-hour clock. You can choose it by touching the Clock/Timer pad. Example: Suppose you want to set the clock for 8:08 am. 1. In standby mode, press and hold the Clock/Timer pad for 3 seconds to choose 12-hour clock (if you want to choose the 24-hour clock, press the pad again). 2. Press number pads 8, 0, 8; the display will show ”08:08”. 3. Touch Start/+30 Sec to confirm. NOTE: “00:00” will display and two beeps will sound to remind the user to resume setting the time, if you enter time that is beyond the scope of the clock when you set the clock.
