Q: Does the skillet have automatic THERMOSTATIC temperature control (automatically keeps cooking surface at set temp. while cooking)? And, can a layer of oil be heated in the pan without damaging cooking surface

Q: I got this frying pan as a gift at Xmas. I am finding that the insert pan rocks on the base. Is this normal for the Heritage the Rock frying pan?
7 years ago- A: When installed securely in the cool-touch base, you should not have to apply enough pressure for the vessel to rock. The grill is intentionally designed this way to facilitate the removal of excess oil and grease by applying pressure to the far corners. It also facilitates the manipulation of the removable cooking vessel.7 years agoHelpful?
