Okay, but could be better

Not completely happy with the way our toast is well done around the edges and only lightly toasted in the center. Very uneven toasting. Item looks great and I like the controls. But, at the end of the day, it doesn’t toast evenly.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Handles home made bread well

The long slots allow allow lots of leeway for homemade bread. Our bread is quite dense but the toaster can still toast it well. Surprisingly the edge of the bread close to the center of the toaster is always overdone. I would have given a 5 star review otherwise.

Purchased in the summer of 2023. Zero issues since. A big and powerful toaster with lots of settings. Can easily fit two long and thick slices of artisanal bread or four regular sized toasts. Has a very useful option of where you pull up on the handle and you can inspect the toast before it's completed. If you feel like it will need more time press the "a bit more" button. No complaints.

Yes, I recommend this product.
