The item has a defect. The heating coil sticks when switching over to fan mode. DREO stated this was not normal operations. Will be returning the item.

After trying two other canadian tire tower heaters, that I had to take back because they were either so weak or they kept shutting off for no reason... I finally settled on this one. And I am so glad I did. This is the best tower heater ive ever had in my 54 years. The Eco mode works so fantastic and cycles between warm and hot (fan turns higher and lower too), whatever it needs to keep the most constant comfortable temperature. It is the most quiet running unit. I dont even know its on. As well in the summer time it is also acts as a cooling fan with 12 speeds. Plus the oscillation is even programable for its angles. Every feature on this heater just blew me away. They really nailed it with this one! If youre on the fence about this one, just take the plunge. Its a little more money, but first class usually is. You wont be sorry.

Excellent product; excellent value!

Bought this last week when our furnace died. Kept the whole finished part of the basement warm (approx. 1200 sq ft) and was super quiet for our two guests sleeping there. Easy to operate, especially with the remote control on the bedside table. Warm the room before getting out of bed in the morning. This is the second DREO heater we’ve purchased and happy with both which is saying something in these days of uncertainty when ordering sight unseen online.
