Poor quality

First Ninja product that I have ever returned. Bought this and after first use the plastic on the side where the top seam is started to warp/melt. Immediately returned it to Canadian Tire and found out that they would not refund my money, only option was to exchange or take a store credit. I do not want another one with this quality, and do not plan to purchase other goods at CT. Shame on the store for this policy and Ninja for a poorly made product.

Bought it as a christmas gift for my wife, sadly when she opened it one of the sides of the air fryer was damaged, went to exchange it and the other one had the same issue The one in gray does seem to be made better

peut être je suis malchanceuse mais ça fait 2 que je retourne car le cosmétique est moche la première manque de peinture à l'avant et le top est mal assemblé. Je l'ai échangé car j'aime la couleur et j'aime Ninja. La deuxième est encore pire. Je me question sur ce que veux dire l'exclusivité Canadian tire sur ce produit. J'ai plusieurs produits ninja mais celui la on dirait que c'est pas du tout la même qualité
