I bought this item about a week/10 days ago max and it's not satisfying at all! There is a lot of residue when the water is boiled and there is also residue on the bottom of the kettle, it's not really satisfying... it's really hard to remove the residue which accumulates on the bottom of the kettle. I don't want some stuff in my coffee or tea that doesn't belong there! It was the reason why I bought a new item to make sure it's clean and nice, thus I am not satisfied at all. Besides, this particular model doesn't have any indicator like a window or something that shows the level of water inside, so very hard to see how much water is in
