I bought one for my mom and one for myself. It's a terrific coffee maker and so easy to use. I love that you can fit any size cup in it and I like the refillable filter. It is interchangeable with the pods and so easy to switch them. Coffee is also so nice and hot.

Only works with pods

It works great with pods, but if you use ground coffee it only drips 1\2 cup. You have to open it and push it down so the remaining water empties. I've cleaned every part with no success. Such a waste of money, sad.

Q: Does the adjustable base have a heating element to it?

  • A: No, the adjustable cup tray does not have a heating element. It is designed only to help position cups at the correct height to minimize splashing during brewing​.

Q: How big of a coffee can this make at one time? I am looking for more than a standard 12oz cup.

  • A: Each brew size is optimized for its corresponding brew style. Rich brew will produce slightly less output for stronger coffee.

Q: How deep is the water reservoir? I found my Keurig supreme was too deep for a standard bottle brush. It also was too square to easily do the corners.

Q: Can you use this coffee maker for just hot water or do you have to use tea or hot chocolate pods to make hot drinks that are not coffee?

  • A: I don't see why not, just don't put coffee in the filter. It makes the water nice and hot so it should be great for tea. I would just make sure to run a first cup through it first if you've brewed coffee so you don't get any coffee taste in the hot water / tea.
