Very disappointing. I have their air fryer so thought Ninja would be much better. It leaked water all over the counter on the first use. Returned it after second use for a Keurig.

Bought this to replace two coffee makers and Im so glad I did! Love the over Ice feature and all the size and brew options, its also sleek and looks great on my coffee cart.

My husband bought me this machine for Valentines Day, I have always had a Keurig but the Ninja Pods & Grounds machine is SO much better!!!! I knew it would be as I am a Ninja lover who owns 4 ninja Airfryers and the Ninja Creami.

A: No, the adjustable cup tray does not have a heating element. It is designed only to help position cups at the correct height to minimize splashing during brewing.

Q: How big of a coffee can this make at one time? I am looking for more than a standard 12oz cup.

A: Each brew size is optimized for its corresponding brew style. Rich brew will produce slightly less output for stronger coffee.

Q: How deep is the water reservoir? I found my Keurig supreme was too deep for a standard bottle brush. It also was too square to easily do the corners.

Q: Can you use this coffee maker for just hot water or do you have to use tea or hot chocolate pods to make hot drinks that are not coffee?

A: I don't see why not, just don't put coffee in the filter. It makes the water nice and hot so it should be great for tea. I would just make sure to run a first cup through it first if you've brewed coffee so you don't get any coffee taste in the hot water / tea.
