Does what it mwas designed to do, and works quite quickly. Be careful not to exceed the recommended amount of kernels when preparing to ;pop as it can cause the output to "jamb" and burn the popped kernels.

I see a lot of people are complaining about either burnt kernels or the fan not being powerful enough to expel the popped corn. My experience was different. I found the fan was powerful enough to expel the popped corn. In fact, too powerful. Between the shallow angle of the top, and the force of the fan, most of the kernels ended up all over the counter and the floor. I started to wrap a tea towel around the bowl and the top of the popper in order to direct them into a bowl and stay there. I did not experience any burning.

Filling issues

You have to be careful as if you add up to what seems to be the fill line inside the unit it will just burn and smoke. The unit then shut down and can’t be powered up for about 5 minutes. It is otherwise fine but a better fill level capacity should be marked plainly on the unit.

I tried my popcorn maker out twice and it burnt the whole lot, TWICE!! Can’t find my bill so am stuck with it.and I threw away the box which I never do!! Not impressed
