A couple months ago I wrote a review on this saying it had been glitching and how sad I was as I have loved this kettle. Well I read some other brands had a reset if you press and hold the power button. I did do that a few times since that review and it seemed to get better. It did take some time, a couple weeks I think and then I noticed it was working properly and has ever since. So I'm not sure why it glitched or if this was the reason it works but I'm loving it again. I couldn't find how to delete my previous review so thought I'd do this update. Absolutely love this and so glad it's working well and consistently now again!
