The condition of the box

Didn't notice until we got it home that the box was badly damaged. Looked like it had literally been smashed around, broken right through in 3 places. The tape was not keeping it closed. It was a present for my mom and the box's condition was really upsetting. Service at the store was poor too. Luckily the product inside is in good condition.

  • A: Paderno advises that the correct measurements are assembled Height 10.2 inches, Assembled Depth 11.1 inches and Assembled width 12.9 inches The decimal points shown are incorrect.
