Failure of water to flow through machine properly.

The unit did not work. After following all the set up instructions carefully, and attempting to make an espresso, the machine failed to make the right coffee. There was insufficient water flow through the coffee machine. I returned it for a full refund to Canadian Tire and purchased a DeLonghi Classic and it works perfectly.

Q: How loud is it - both for making espresso and frothing milk? I’m thinking of purchasing it for my vacation rental but there’s another apartment above and I’m worried it will wake the neighbours.

A: Hello! our Dedica Arte is not a loud unit at all. The machine does make some sounds while heating up however it's not loud enough to make it out your kitchen.
