Saving Thanksgiving!

I found the product easy to use. Due to circumstances I hand to carve the “Canadian” harvest Thanksgiving turkey. I was going to buy a good knife but found this instead at Home Hardware. It made my job much easier. Still not a pretty job, but that’s on me! lol!

Garbage is where it went , had to push so hard i may as well use a dull knife. Ergonomics of the handle vs cutting angle terrible. Wasn't worth returning it .....
