Nice fine edge sharpening steel.

I have three steels, now. First one I had was a more coarse steel, for extremely dull knives. Also used a stone, to fine hone the edge. Then I found this one, and the stone is now relegated for the worst of dullest knives. MUCH easier. Few swipes with a honing steel to finish , and now the knives are razor sharp
