Q: These gloves show up in a search for "nitrile gloves", yet there is no indication of anything other than PVC. As a caregiver for someone undergoing chemotherapy, I am searching for reusable nitrile gauntlet gloves. Are these nitrile? If not let us know!

A: the label only states that the gloves are vinyl and latex free, machine washable, and puncture resistant. The gloves are thick and do not form to the hand and therefore will be difficult to use for delicate work. I use mine to strip furniture.
