Delivers concentrated advanced PEA detergency directly to the backs of intake valves. Dissolves baked-on carbon deposits, improves MPG, increases power and reduces rough idle. Effective for use on GDI and standard PFI engines. Available at Canadian Tire stores.

    Great product, needs to be allowed to soak for at least an hour, a bit more is apparently betterif possible too, but the fact that it no longer ships with a straw is less of an issue than I expected, with th estraw the stream can be too directed onto the throttle body plate, it can remove a protective coating, it is meant to be applied as a mist, not a stream.

    Used it to clean the carbon build up in my turbo from in-town driving in my 05 Passat 2.0 TDI. Worked very well. It’s best to have two people present to do the job.

    • A: +1 on no straw. I've seen online they usually come with the caps that have the straw attached but in my store they don't carry it for whatever reason.

    Q: Can this be used on Non GDI engines? Will it also clean the throttle body?

    • A: SKU# 038-8077 - CRC GDI Intake Valve and Turbo Cleaner is recommended for GDI engines only. To clean the throttle body, you can use SKU# 038-0781 - CRC Throttle Body Kleen Air Intake Cleaner.
