Q: Can this be also used as a dielectric grease for battery terminals and spark plug boots

A: Hi Noey, thanks for your question. Our Silicone Brake Lubricant is primarily engineered for vibration dampening, lubrication and corrosion protection for brake system parts. It is not designed as a dielectric grease. The best product to use would be Permatex Dielectric Grease which is specifically designed to be non-conductive and to protect electrical connections, ignition parts and wiring from moisture, salt, dirt and corrosion. It prevents voltage leakage and arcing and helps keep out water and moisture in electrical connections. A great product to use would be our Permatex Dielectric Grease which can be found at Canadian Tire https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/permatex-dielectric-grease-85-g-0380411p.0380411.html?rq=dielectric+grease#srp.
