Shell ROTELLA® DEF Diesel Exhaust Fluid makes diesel-powered vehicles cleaner by breaking down harmful nitrogen oxide emissions. Simply pour this fluid into the separate DEF tank found on most newer diesel vehicles to help meet EPA standards for air quality. The fluid chemically reacts with the nitrogen oxides inside the vehicle's catalyst, turning the pollutants into harmless nitrogen and water vapour. By reducing these emissions, this product helps protect the environment for future generations.

Q: How do I read date of Manufacture

A: Hello, Def Bottles have the Julian date stamped on them. I have attached a picture of one from the factory. Example: E23320 = E-23-320 In which: 23 = YEAR (ie 2023) 320 = DAY = How many days since January 1. (in this case, Nov 16) I hope this helps, Technical Team
