A: Hi Fercha, these earbuds do not have the function to change volume directly from the earbuds. Adjusting volume should be done from thee device you are using to play the music.

Q: I lost the user manual and cannot figure out the controls. Is there a link to the user manual somewhere? Or could you explain the controls?

A: Tap the side of the headphone on the right side 3x - skip forward, 3x on left - skip reverse. Tap left or right 2x - play/pause or answer/hang up call. Hold left or right 2 seconds - silence call, or use voice assistant (I’m assuming they mean Siri or Alexa). Hold left or right 4 - seconds power on, hold left or right 5 seconds- power off. Hope this makes sense as I couldn’t upload the picture of the manual
