    Great product….. enjoy the heat for lower back …. The cooling element is a bonus…. No need for it yet…. But produce cool air fast.

    Heat and cool option was great. Massage option was alright, other than a bit noisy. The most terrible part, and my reason for a 2 star review, is the ENORMOUS lumbar pad. There is no adjustment for it, it’s like have a rock in your back. I drove for 20 minutes with it, enough time for my legs to start going numb. I went to the nearest CT and exchanged it for a cover that didn’t make me get pins and needles in my feet.
