I purchased this snow brush in the fall and it did not even last 1 season. Some clips inside the telescoping handle broke and the two sections came apart.

🤔A brush but not a great scraper

Returned it because the scraper didn’t have a clean edge to scrape ice off of the windshield. All it would do was scrape little lines in the ice. The brush looked good but we didn’t use it.

Online purchase fiasco

My rating is a reflection of CTC's horribly incompetent online purchasing system. I ordered this online on January 18, 2025 and it went through which I was happy with because it stated there was 1 remaining in stock at the Perth location so I figured that I'd gotten it. Within an hour I got an email saying the order was cancelled, out of stock. Tough luck, too bad, so sad, yet their site still showed 1 being in stock. What a goofy system. In my estimation their online system has a problem counting. It's a day later now and still showing 1 in stock. As a further slap in the face, they offered no timeline on when it may be in again and had the audacity to urge me to check out other snow brushes. Why!!!??? So you can cancel that order too!!!??? No thanks CTC. I will never order anything from you online and very unlikely to visit the store in person. Your particular brand of arrogance in this situation is horrible customer service that I will never expose myself to again.

Q: Love this snow broom! The scraper broke - where can I buy a replacement scraper? I see that it is fitted onto the end with a screw.
