The 240A engine start mode provides instant starting power for vehicles with dead batteries. The manual controls and easy-to-read meter put you in command of the charging process. Q: does the charging meter actually work on these manual chargers? I have one that i bought and the meter dont seem to work .Am i missing somthing here??
