Changing an emergency flat tire just got easier. Slime®'s Thru-Core Emergency Tire Sealant seeks out and instantly seals tread area punctures up to 1/4″ in diameter. There is no need to remove the valve core. Slime’s Thru-Core Technology seamlessly injects the tire repair sealant through the valve stem directly into the tire. Then just air up your tire with an inflator to get back on the road quickly. The sealant is non-toxic, non-corrosive and tire sensor safe.

Bonjour Jean Guy, merci pour votre commentaire. Il est important de noter que pour que le produit anti-crevaison Slime Thru-Core fonctionne correctement, le pneu doit être presque entièrement dégonflé afin de permettre au produit de pénétrer. Il est également très important de noter que ce produit est conçu pour colmater les crevaisons de la bande de roulement jusqu'à 6 mm (1/4"). Merci.

Bought for flat tire. I followed the instructions exactly. Tire valve at 6 o-clock, shake can vigourously, screwed in properly. I should mention I completed 4 years of automotive technician training. Did not work. I have used other similar products with success but this one did not flow and plugged up the schroder valve. I would not buy this product again. Canadian Tire response assumes you dont know what you are doing but its just a terrible product.

Hello and thank you My2cents for your feedback. For effective use, it is important to follow the steps on the back of the can. These steps include ensuring the valve is positioned at 6'ocock, the can is shaken vigorously for 15 seconds prior to use, the can is turned upside down and screwed clockwise on the valve until fully installed and allow 30 seconds for the can to fully discharge into the tire. Thank you
