I had thought about getting one of these for a very long time. So on Sept 28 2025 just two days before my 73rd birthday I bought myself an early birthday present. This stool is great. It is very sturdy, comfortable and makes working on wheels and brakes a breeze when working on my 1947 Mercury coupe.

Rolling stool with tool tray

Easy to put together and works as it should. It is pretty light weight. I use it for my crawl space and works very well for that. I don't imagine it would last long with constant use or heavy loads. Seat is very flimsy, not well padded.

A: I don’t know of an advertised weight restriction, but I weigh 120 kg and used the chair for 8 hours a day for about 6 days (putting in floor screws in a house). The chair height was set with the lever and it never drooped. Hope that helps.
