It’s very easy to use. Nice uniform slices only down sis is that you could really slice up your hand if your not paying close attention to what your doing!! Easy to clean. Very lightweight! Stable on the counter while using also!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first mandolin slicer. I am still learning how to use it. It comes apart and reassembles easily for cleaning after use. Firmer vegetables slice easily. My tomatoes are a work in progress.

Super quick, super convenient

After the viral Logan cucumber recipes, I got hooked on them and decided I needed a mandolin for quick and consistent cucumber slices cause I couldn’t get them thin enough. This is super easy to use, to clean, and does a wide range of cuts and thickness. I love it!
