Surprisingly useful

I bought this knife as a joke to compare to my ka-bar Becker bk2 and I wasn't expecting much from this knife but after doing a lot of side-by-side testing this knife kept coming back for more this really changed my outlook on cheaper knives and the quality of them I would 100% reccomend this knife to a new buyer or someone looking go get a nice knife for Bush craft or camping would definitely buy this knife again

Surprisingly useful

Bought this for a general purpose knife around the property and needed something more robust than a typical folding pocket knife. Comes in very handy for a multitude of jobs, cutting, lopping, gouging or prying. Thought maybe it was going to be too big and heavy but with the belt sheath you forget it's there till you need it. Blade seems sturdy and cuts well. Seems to hold an edge reasonably well though I do a touch up sharpening at the end of the day so it's ready to go the next day. If you want a heavy duty general purpose knife that can take some abuse, this isn't a bad choice.

Solid G10 Handle & Blade

This is not some lightweight little pocket knife. If you've never owned anything with a G10 handle, you'll never go back. It is a solid design with real steel hex bolts holding the full tang blade.
I own a larger Outbound knife that uses the same blade material and I have not been kind to it. From throwing to digging arrows out of stumps I've put nearly my full 240 lb weight on the blade and it hasn't failed once. I'm not sure how the other reviewer managed to break the blade but it must have been impressive.

The bladecracked while cutting some kindling on my 3rd trip with the knife. Completely ruined. Can't stand up to average use.
