Noise while starting every time.

Makes noise while fan starts. The light glass broke when we tried to fix it is very fragile. It may be my fault. I am not satisfied with this purchase.

Q: Just installed, the fan speed control will not work, just goes one speed. Checked everything twice, tried different frequency and no change. Says push buttons 1 and 3 in manual to sync, but nothing says what those buttons are. What is 1 and 3?

A: Numbers from one to three are levels of speed for the fan it accelerates and decelerates slowly so it may not be obvious at first.

Q: Just installed the model 052-9335-6 and have done all the troubleshooting to ensure the wires are all connected correctly but the light and fan worked then the light started flickering and now nothing works with the remote. Works if hooked up directly.?

Q: we purchased 3 of the noma scandinavian ceiling fans in april of this year .... are they supposed to make a tapping noise as they turn? it sounds like the wiring inside is loose and hitting the outside of the casing.

Q: I've had this fan around 6 years. Recently it started turning on by it self. I cannot turn it off. I've changed the battery on the remote, its responsive, but I can't turn it off. Not ideal as summer is now over. Help.
