    Broke after 30 days

    I installed this in a completely sheltered and covered patio, I just wanted extra warmth. 32 days after purchase the unit shorted out. Extremely disappointed. Because it’s opened Canadian tire employee refused an exchange. Welcome to India!

    Great heater... until the heating element blows.

    Wanted this heater for quite some time. 50% prompted me to pull the trigger... bought 2. Absolutely loved the heater, works well. Unfortunately the heating element in the first one blew in about a month. So I started using the second one... it blew in two weeks.

    No, I do not recommend this product.

    This was the best deal ive found in a while. Got it half price, used it for the smokers in the Gazebo for halloween party. Has 2 heat levels and was a phenomenal add for that night

    • A: If you use the included stand off brackets then it should be fine. I have it mounted on the roof of my gazebo and it doesn’t get hot on the back of the unit.
