DANGEROUS! do not buy!

I bought this in March of 2025, and at first, I was absolutely in love with it. The option to add my own coffee grounds or use pods was great! But 7 months in, my husband added a pod and it LITERALLY blew up, when I say blew up, Coffee EVERYWHERE... out every single crack, all over my kitchen, down the cabinets, on the floor. We thought at first it must have just been the pod was bad. So we cleaned it really well, ran it through a cleaning cycle several times, cleaned every single part, etc. Let it completely dry, and tried again. NOPE, round two did the same thing. So disappointing from a NInja product. I cannot recommend this product, it is dangerous and not well made.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Pleased with my purchase

A massive improvement from my Keurig. No more watered down coffee.
I wanted a machine that could also do pods as well but I have to say that using grounds is very convenient.
Cleanup is decently quick.
Overall rating 9/10. Another win by Ninja!

Bought a second one! We had bought one when it came on sale earlier for the house and loved it so when it came on sale again we bought a second one for the camper. Love the sleek design, very narrow compared to our old Keurig we had.

I bought this coffee maker two years ago. It failed after one year. I am one person making one cup per day. The Ninja failed to totally brew even a half cup of coffee. I tried everything the manual suggested for trouble shooting. I even watched YouTube videos. Nothing worked. Hundreds of others had the same problem. Unless this defect has been corrected I wouldn't purchase another Ninja single pod coffeemaker.
