Great fit for my needs

Bought this for my daughter as she is the only one drinking coffee at home, and it's been great so far! Used only for ground coffee (not k-cups). She makes mostly iced coffee, and if using big ice cubes it works. (Small ice cubes melt before she gets to drink it.) Quick, easy to clean, and I hear the coffee's decent. The little frother is a nice add-on and easy to clean. (No steam - you have to heat up the milk, though it also makes a "cold foam".) We'll see how it fares for durability but so far so good.

This ninja coffee maker has great materials. Has great features like a frother. Offers a great volume in the coffee. Has great safety features and easy cleaning.

Coffee grounds in cup

Horrible, after 4 month and predominantly use the k-cups, we always have coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. If we brew with reusable basket it is fine, but the k-cup is much easier and less of a waste with my husband. Now I have to buy another coffee pot and I usually love Ninja products. I tried cleaning it but didn’t help. A few days later it did the same thing.
