    Virtuo Plus is A+

    Purchased this machine as a replacement to the Virtuo Next that continuously had performance issues. Has been working exactly as expected, on a daily basis, since purchase 1 month ago. Really like the large size of water reserve and ability to move from side to side to gain easy access. Only concern is the mechanism to open/close will fail quickly over time.

    I absolutely loved this machine, it was sleek and made great coffee. However, it started leaking coffee after just under two years of use (~one coffee per day). I would recommend this machine if you're not going for longevity. It felt way less cheap than the other model I just bought to replace it (Vertuo Deluxe Piano Black Flat Head). Loved that they had the matte black (they don't seem to anymore?), as the fingerprints wouldn't show. Nespresso isn't helpful at all with repairs once the 1 year warranty is over - I would've paid to have it fixed instead of creating more landfill waste.

    This is a very well built machine that makes great tasting coffee and the design is pretty sleek and cool ! My only beef is why such a short power cord ??? Sorry that's why the 4 stars ! Still would recommend this product !
