Be sure they operate at the proper water temperature to deliver our quality promise in the cup and not burn the coffee grinds. While the temperature of our machines cannot be changed manually, we suggest warming your cup under warm water and using the size that matches your preparation. Also, rinsing the device before extraction will help increase the internal piping temperature. Please note that new machines tend to be louder when first used but do get quieter after a few extractions. If you feel there’s an issue with your device, however, we invite you to contact our toll-free number, 1.855.325.5781. Our machine specialist will gladly speak with you. The top is difficult to close once coffee pod is loaded, the water canister in the back is not convenient, and pod discard container needs frequent emptying given the small capacity. I regret this purchase

J’ai remplacé mon ancien Vertuo car il était devenu trop bruyant. Celle est fonctionne très bien et je suis très satisfaite du résultat. J’aime pouvoir ajuster la quantité via l’application. Petit bémol, tant qu’à avoir une machine qui communique via un appli, il aurait été bien meilleur que celui ci puisse nous aviser d’un manque d’eau avant le lancement du cafe!
