Love it!

I got this vacuum just last month. The last one available in London! I have always being sceptical about robotic vacs. This is my first experience and honestly I love it. Its sad that Canadian Tire decided to discontinue Neato products. The no-go lines feature is amazing and works perfectly! Cleaning is no longer a weekend chore. It doesn't compare to a heavy duty vacuum but it is totally comparable to a magic vac. Works good on both carpet and other floors.

I did my research and I love my Neato!

This is the third Neato Vacuum that I've owned. I had one ages ago that finally died (years beyond the warranty) and I replaced it with a new one - then added a second Neato on the upper floor. I find the Neato robot vacuum more powerful than the competitor - I've owned the competitor's vacuum as well. The Neato vacuums my shag rug with ease. I have 2 (super adorable but hairy) dogs but you'd never know it looking at my floors. The Neato's app is super cool and shows you where it cleaned. It's fun to get a text and tell people - "Oh, it's just my robot telling me that it's done vacuuming my house." I have to tell you that Neato's customer service is TOP NOTCH. I've had issues over the years but nothing remains unresolved. This company stands behind their product.

This is great - not leaving any dirt, does edges really well and under the table and chairs, etc. It did take a bit to set up, and wouldn't recommend it for those who aren't technology challenged. It is quiet - you hear noise but it isn't overly loud. Sometimes you forget it is even there.

Great Vacuum

I've always wanted one of these kinds of vacuums but always hesitated as I wasn't sure if it would really clean the house the way my other vacuum does. I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised at how well it does. I love the fact that it will remember the layout of the house and will doing it's job according to that. You can even go onto the app and see where all it went. I would definitely recommend this product. I don't know how it would do on carpet as our house is all hardwood. We do a few small mats/rugs that it does a pretty good job with.
