Not the best as hoped for a Canadian made product.

I wanted a BBQ that would out last previous less expensive brands so I purchased the Napoleon Legend with a 20 year warranty. I should have read the “Fine Print” before purchasing. After the 1st year the warming rack started to rust and unusable after the 2nd year. Then the Temperature gauge became faulty and stays on 150 degrees when cold and not even on. The "stainless steel" side shelves are staining and fading in spots. The paint on the dial panel is coming off. Although I keep it inside the house during winter, it still rusts like a cheap BBQ.
The cast iron cooking grids are solid and work well but tend to rust after each use and cleaning.

WOW... from its ease to ignite the burners to its proper heat distribution from the searing grills and avant-garde contoured design give this BBQ a very distinctive classy design.
Kudos to the entire Napoleon team for their demarcation, focus, quality and continued quest for the best.

Hello. Not sure if this request for a review is because of my concern with my new unit? Or not?
However my concern is with the temperature of the new unit being too high on low setting? And excessive on high? Or if the temperature indicator is coming completely out whack?
Unit has only been used 3 times and is replacing a Weber unit that I have had for 25 yrs +.
Waiting on the factory to return my concerns?

Jusqu'à 48 000 ?

J'ai acheté ce barbecue il y a un certain temps et je l'ai retourné. 48 000 btu pour une surface de 670 pouces², c'est vraiment absurde. Il est super beau, couvert par une bonne garantie, par contre j'achetais un barbecue pour faire cuire de la nourriture... Pas pour flasher devant mes amis. Très décevant. J'ai opté pour un plus petit, soit une surface de 400 pouces² mais avec aussi 48 000, c'est effrayant la différence. Si vous recherchez un barbecue que la grille est très chaude avec le couvert fermé et devient froide 2 minutes après le lever du couvert, c'est l'idéal! Donc en bref je changerait le terme barbecue pour le terme four. Mais faut voir ça d'une façon positive, vous ne serez pas obligé d'acheter d'ustensiles de cuisson, vous pourrez y aller directement avec les mains. J'ajoute une étoile pour l'esthétisme.

jai acheter se bbq en 2014 et 4 ans plus tard tout est rouillier jai un bruleur qui ne fonctionne plus tout est en train de lacher je deconseil se bbq

A: The rotisserie kit designed for this Legend is part number 65251. The main cooking surface is 18" X 26 3/4".

A: Hi, The grilling area of an LD485 grill is 18 in x 26 1/4 in which = 485 square inches. That is the primary cooking space on the 485 models. Hope this helps you.
